Although it seems to be just another book of quotes that I do enjoy, the selection that Dr. Cole has made gives you insight into aspects of happiness that we normally don’t think about, like having purpose in our lives and gratitude. There is a quote for every day of the year and then some, and all of them either make you smile and feel happy, or make you meditate about what brings joy into your life.
